This job involved Landlord Garden Maintenance in the Pennycross area of Plymouth.
The Challenge
We were asked by a landlord if we could prepare the garden for maintenance so his house could be rented out as soon as possible. It was in need of a good de-weeding, grass cutting and a general tidy up.
The Solution
First things first, we visited the rental property in Plymouth to assess what needed to be done to the front and back garden. We then provided a quote for the most cost-effective way to make it tidy, which the landlord agreed to, allowing the garden maintenance work to be completed.
We also discussed pesticides because the landlord didn’t want them, not knowing whether the tenant had a pet. Additionally, we provided recommendations on the top things to do for his garden before renting it out to a tenant.
Then, it was on to the job at hand. This involved cutting the grass with our mower as well as strimming the edges for a neat finish with our strimmer. Using our hand-digging and de-weeding tools, we de-weeded the patio, pavement, pathway, steps, and gravel area, so that there were no pesky weeds remaining.
The Results
So within a couple of hours, the front and back garden were transformed and ready for the new tenants to enjoy. The landlord was also pleased with the results and how quickly we could complete the job.
