The Story Behind Jackson Landscaping
Starting as a freelance Gardener almost a decade ago, Shane Jackson began his business by providing Commercial Contracts, Garden Maintenance, Lawn Care, Turf Laying, and Weed Spraying in the local area.
From there, our company experienced success and expanded into the professional team of Landscape Gardeners that make up Jackson Landscaping today, as well as our sister company, Plymouth Sheds, to install Wooden Sheds, Log Cabins, Summer Houses, Garden Storage, and Outdoor Living Accessories across the South West of England.
Whether we’re laying a new lawn, building a Patio or Paving, installing Artificial Grass, Fencing or Decking, clearing, maintaining, or transforming your entire garden, you can rest assured that our professional, fully insured Landscapers will provide a five-star service for your home in Plymouth, South Devon, or East Cornwall.

A Local Family Business
A Landscaping Business Built Around Family
Taylor, Shane’s son, now follows in the family trade, with the same ambition and a desire to help others with their garden landscaping needs, applying a next-generation approach to serve our clients in Plymouth, Devon, and Cornwall. Like the rest of our team, Taylor is hardworking, tackles obstacles, and is committed to providing our clients with the best possible experience.
To further develop his Landscaping skills, he’s now completing a City and Guilds Groundworks Level 2 Apprenticeship, which involves learning how to lay modular pavement, kerbs, and channels, correctly use & handle tools, equipment, and materials for each task, and work both independently and as part of our team.
