Site Survey & Planning
As every garden and client is different, we don’t have a fixed price for our Garden Clearance Services in Plymouth, Devon or Cornwall. Instead, we come to your property to:

Garden Clearance
Whether your garden is unruly and has been left to overgrow for years, or you’re not sure which plants are worth removing or saving, we’re here to help, thanks to our vast knowledge of gardening. Here’s what we’ll do:
- Go in & strip everything, using the right tools & equipment.
- Use our knowledge of different varieties of plants to identify what can or cannot be saved.
- If required, we can rotavate your soil & remove turf.
- We are licensed to remove green waste (which will be recycled into composite), rubble and old fencing, ensuring everything is completely removed at the end of your clearance project.*
Please note, we don’t take general waste like plastic or sofas.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Every time we visit your garden, we will:
- Make sure it’s left clean and tidy, with a professional appearance
- Provide additional extras, such as general Garden Maintenance, Lawn Care, or Hedge Trimming for different times of the year
- Talk to you at the start of each season to discuss one-off seasonal jobs

Project Highlight
A Garden Clearance Project in Plymouth
Feel free to take a look at one of the Garden Services projects we completed in Plymouth: it started with Garden Clearance, followed by Landscaping and Planting, and now results in ongoing Garden Maintenance.
The Challenge
We received a call asking if we could come out to help transform a client’s garden, as it was very overgrown with weeds and brambles – too much for her to maintain. After we came to assess her garden, the customer said she would like 90% of the plants removed from the front garden beds, all weeds removed, and a feature made of her rockery and new stones installed in three of the beds.
The Solution
The work began by removing the unwanted plants, weeds, and brambles, resulting in three van trips of green waste for disposal. Once everything was removed as necessary, we pressure-washed the patio to brighten the garden and give it a good clean.
We then fitted wooden borders around the beds and installed the new sleepers for the rockery. Then, we laid the membrane, placed the 2 tonnes of stone in the beds, and planted all the new plants.
The Results
We’re absolutely over the moon with the result of this garden turnaround. The customer absolutely loves it, and we’re now maintaining her garden on a 4-weekly basis.

Do You Remove Turf & Soil?
Yes, we do. If you’d like to remove your lawn to make way for fresh turf, a patio, paving, or decking, or to landscape the area, we can help! We’ll remove your old turf – using a turf cutter – and then prepare the soil, before levelling it off. What’s more, we’ll remove the debris, leaving you with a clear area to work with.
What Is Rotavating & Do I Need to Have It Done?
Rotavating can be part of the garden clearance process. Designed to churn, break up, and aerate soil, rotavating helps level the ground and improves drainage by creating channels in the soil. Rotavated soil provides the perfect base for growing vegetables and crops.
Can You Level My Garden?
Yes! If your garden slopes, undulates, or is otherwise uneven, we can level the ground to create a flat, smooth base. Great for gardens that are prone to waterlogging, to repair areas where structures have been removed (such as steps or outhouses) or to prepare areas that you plan to build on (i.e. creating a deck, or the base for sheds, hot tubs or playhouses), levelling the ground gives you a huge amount of versatility.
Are You Licensed to Remove Japanese Knotweed?
No, we’re not licensed to remove Japanese Knotweed. Your local authority can recommend a registered company that will be able to dispose of this for you.
